THE WENDY E.P. will forever be remembered as The Disc Which Broke Brazen In Orlando. The surprise success amongst central Florida hipsters of Ray's collaboration with R. Stevie Moore, "The Disabled Lad Wants You To Buy Him A Wheelchair With The Money That You Won At The Horse Race," was the catalyst both for their acceptance of Brazen as a force to be reckoned with, and his own acceptance of the Orlando lifestyle as a new way of life for him as well. Once settled back in the Sunshine State, Ray lamented the loss of a local newscasting legend in "Wendy Chioji Please Don't Goji," and Orlando took notice once again. Both of those local hits would have been hard acts to follow for most singer-songwriters, but not Brazen! His next move was to release the provocative anthem "New Music Women," a truly unique perspective on bohemian female beauty, as a video on YouTube. This song won Ray yet another mighty legion of new Florida fans who made it an even bigger smash than his previous two!
